While working at denkwerk, I was the Lead UX Engineer / Frontend Developer in the one-year RheinEnergie relaunch project, which started in 2017.

I was part of an agile SCRUM team of up to 8 members which worked partly onsite and very closely with the Product Owners of the company.

I was responsible for the CMS-based frontend of the RheinEnergie website and for creating an internal living style guide to support the in-house developers with future development. While the header, navigation and footer were static, the content was built from flexible, modular components. Working closely with UI and UX Designers, I translated and refined the final UX concepts for development, focusing on animations, consistency, usability and the overall experience of the new design.

I also supported usability testing and worked closely with RheinEnergie’s in-house developers throughout the project to ensure a smooth handover and enable them to continue development independently.

I WORKED ON THIS PROJECT AS LEAD UX ENGINEER /
FRONTEND DEVELOPER
